With the possibility to extend the wing joint.Needing a cleaning and has to be oiled and repaded.We read in le " Constant Pierre: les facteurs d'instruments de musique " : J.F.Simiot was the inventor about the possibility to extend the length of the wing joint, and he added also keys to play easily some notes often difficult with the past bassoons.Photos soon.It is just comming back from the repair shop.And do you know what told our favorite repairer ? : " it's a bomb " .

A very long time ago the bell was lost, and they made a new one or they put one coming from another bassoon.Nevertheless the sound is so good quality and the soundness so equal on each register.Come for a trial.

This bassoon made by one of the greatest german makers in the beginning of nineteenth century. Now repaired. Perfectly playable.The sonority is similar with the best german bassoons,Unforgettable.
